During the construction planning process we identify the steps required to build a structure. It involves defining what actions need to be completed, creating an ordered timeline of events, staffing the project and determining the necessary materials and equipment.
We strategically approach the procurement process to maximize the efficiency of a project. We carefully approach procurement and purchase supplies cost-effectively, considering factors like timeline, quality of project, and budget.
Every project is different, but working with you to ensure the best timing is extremely important to us. Many projects start with permits and architectural plans. Once we have everything in order we will start preparing the area to ensure we keep everything as clean as possible and don’t damage anything.
