Tony Toro started his carrier as an electrical contractor, focused on working helping local Santa Barbara residents with every electrical need. After many years all of Tony’s happy clients started asking for remodeling help and he saw the need to get his General Contractors license to be able to help. So in 2003 Tony started Toro Construction, a Santa Barbara General Construction company. In 2017 Alex Arraiga partnered up the Toro Constriction, bringing his 25 years of industrial engineering experience. Alex has brought a ton of experience with fine custom craftsmanship as well as great management skills. Alex has helped elevate Toro Construction to the next level of professionalism.

I wanted to leave an outstanding review for outstanding work. I’m not the owner of the house that Toro worked on but have been a beneficiary of the results of the work. The owner of the house used Tony and his crew to completely gut and redo the kitchen and bathrooms and everything has been amazing. The craftsmanship and professionalism has been excellent. It happened on and off through the COVID year and they were patient in working with us on scheduling the work and completing the work. They’re very respectful and pleasant to work with.

My upstairs neighbor's bathroom leaked into mine and there was a lot of water. It looks like a pipe connection had broken and it could not have come at a worse time as I have new tenants moving in. I called a few contractors and they all came to my unit to look but no one followed up except Toro Construction. Alex gave me a price to which I accepted. When the work started, I was notified that a crew was on their way and when they arrive, they were very respectful. At the end of the day, the subs always cleaned up and Brandon came by to check. Alex, who I believe is a business partner called periodically to check as well. When I was out of town, Alex took photos and texted to me to show progress. The work was excellent and finished in a timely manner. I am planning more work on my house and I will call Toro Construction again.
