My upstairs neighbor's bathroom leaked into mine and there was a lot of water. It looks like a pipe connection had broken and it could not have come at a worse time as I have new tenants moving in. I called a few contractors and they all came to my unit to look but no one followed up except Toro Construction. Alex gave me a price to which I accepted. When the work started, I was notified that a crew was on their way and when they arrive, they were very respectful. At the end of the day, the subs always cleaned up and Brandon came by to check. Alex, who I believe is a business partner called periodically to check as well. When I was out of town, Alex took photos and texted to me to show progress. The work was excellent and finished in a timely manner. I am planning more work on my house and I will call Toro Construction again.
